The incredible people who volunteer at Marrickville Community Nursery are very active in the Centre, creating native garden beds using plants which have been propagated using seeds collected locally from provenance species.
Planting native plants are extremely valuable to improve our local biodiversity, create habitat from local wildlife and embrace a local plant aesthetic.
